How long have you been doing CrossFit? Since 2018
What motivates you? Even after seven years of doing it, it’s always fun to feel the improvement I’ve made, like being able to do things I couldn’t do before, or increasing the number of repetitions or weight.
What is your best memory from the past few years? Dropping in while traveling in Australia. I was looking forward to finding a Crossfit box at my destination.
Any new goals or aspirations? Flexibility and gymnastics are my constant focus.
What can you learn from other members? We can share tips and tricks. Since each of us has different strengths, there is as much to learn as there are people.
What do you like most about this gym? Everyone, regardless of gender, age, or whether they’re a child or pregnant woman, is enjoying fitness for their own reasons. They provide coaching tailored to that.
What do you like most about the other members? They make effective use of their time despite their busy schedules and continue with Crossfit. I admire those who attend morning classes. I want to attend too.
Is there anything else you would like to say? Whether you want to get stronger, have a healthy body, or just want to fill your stomach with delicious food after training, let’s all enjoy a fitness life!
