Kotaro first became interested after seeing CrossFit posts on Instagram and thought, “I want to try it!” That curiosity led him to start the challenge. Recently, he has developed a new goal of “wanting to compete in a competition someday,” and he is training hard every day toward that dream. He shared that the most enjoyable moment for him is “the sense of accomplishment when overcoming something tough.”
Regarding the environment at ACROSS FITNESS, he mentioned that he really likes it, describing it as “a bright community with many people from overseas.” Since starting training, he has noticed physical changes, such as muscle soreness lasting longer, but he sees this positively as proof of growth.
