Natsumi’s CrossFit journey began because of her desire to attain a great physique. She takes pride in achieving notable strength milestones such as being able to perform 10 Back Squats with a weight of 100kg. Her admiration is directed towards CrossFit athlete Tia-Claire Toomey. Her favorite CrossFit workout is the clean, and she recommends CrossFit as a rewarding way to work out with friends. Additionally, Tokyo Tower holds a special place in her heart as a favorite spot in Tokyo.

How did you find CFNA? What made you want to start?
I started because I saw people doing CrossFit on Instagram and I wanted to get a banging body.
What have you enjoyed most about doing CrossFit?
When I could do 10 100kg back squats!
