Where did you find this place? What made you decide to start?
I found it through the website and started with the Spartan class because I wanted to be able to do legless rope climbs and pull-ups.
What has been the most enjoyable thing about doing CrossFit?
The moment when, through steady and consistent effort, I was finally able to do pull-ups or lift weights that I could not do before.
Is there someone you admire or aim to become like? Why?
There is no specific person, but I admire people who live healthy and energetic lives regardless of age, because it seems like they can enjoy life for a long time.
What is your favorite CrossFit workout?
Gymnastics-type workouts
Do you have any advice for people who are thinking of starting?
I started in my late 20s when I could not even run for a few minutes, but by steadily moving little by little, I have now built enough stamina to run a half marathon. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of starting.

If you like café lattes, I recommend Bear Pond in Shimokitazawa.
