Ikeda san (aka The Legend) has been training with CrossFit for 5 years now after hearing about it through a fellow rubgy friend. I was invited by a senior rugby teammate, and it was my motivation to get in shape so that I could continue playing rugby forever.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting out?
It’s said to be a very hard training… and it really is tough. But that’s why the exhilaration you feel when you overcome the hurdles with your friends is indescribable. No matter how old you are, it’s never too late to start. I say this myself, so it’s true. LOL
