Natsuho has been training with us for over 3 years now. She took interest after discovering CrossFit during her previous work at a Reebok store. Besides enjoying the feeling she gets after training hard (not so much during lol) she also loves that CrossFit is worldwide. This allows her access to work out anywhere while travelling abroad. She really looks up to our in-house coaches Aya and Nic (Also known as The Captain!) and encourages anyone that wants to feel that great sense of accomplishment after a hard task to give CrossFit a try. If you’re in Tokyo some of her recommended spots include Tokyo Tower, Omotesando’s Monster Cafe and Asakusa’s UME-EN cafe (especially it’s strawberry red bean rice cake).
