Naoko has been doing CrossFit for 8 months. Her decision to start came from her husband's recommendation, who suggested it for body transformation. The aspects she enjoys most about CrossFit are the sense of achievement and exhilaration she experiences after completing intense workouts, as well as the feeling of personal growth. She aspires to build a strong, feminine, and healthy body through CrossFit. Her favorite workout involves DB Snatch Deadlifts. For those considering starting, Naoko advises that even if intense workouts have been daunting in the past, with a structured program, supportive coaches, and friends, anyone can begin at their own pace regardless of age. She emphasizes that training can be challenging but also enjoyable and can easily become a part of one's life. Regarding places to visit in Tokyo, Naoko recommends Tokyo Tower and Asakusa.

DB Snatch Deadlifts

これから始めようと思っている方に何かアドバイスをお願いします
激しいトレーニングは嫌いで今まで逃げてきたのですがメニューが決められていますし、コーチの丁寧な指導や仲間もいるので何歳からでもご自身のペースで始められます。トレーニングは辛いですが楽しく継続できるので生活の一部になりますよ。一緒にトレーニングしましょう!

My husband recommended it to me for body make.

What do you enjoy most about doing CrossFit?
The sense of achievement and exhilaration after completing an intense workout! When I feel like I've grown.

Is there anyone you admire or aspire to be like? Who do you admire or aspire to become and why?
Not in particular. I aim to build a strong, feminine and healthy body.

What is your favourite CrossFit workout?
DB Snatch Deadlifts.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about starting?
I don't like intense workouts and have always run away from them, but with a set menu, coaches and friends, you can start at your own pace at any age. Training is hard, but it can be fun and it can become part of your life. Come and train with us!
