Mark has been doing CrossFit for more than half a year. He decided to start after seeing positive changes in his wife, including increased happiness and fitness. His goals for CrossFit include better sleep, increased positivity, and higher energy levels. Mark's most memorable CrossFit moment was when his wife did a kettlebell workout on the same day she gave birth. Since starting CrossFit, he finds the rest of the day easier in comparison. His advice for someone new to CrossFit is simply to "just do it."
How long have you been doing CrossFit? More than half a year
How did you hear about us and what made you decide to start? My wife started to go and got happier and sexier so I decided to follow her
What is your goal or purpose? Better sleep, more positivity, higher energy levels
What has been your most memorable CrossFit moment? My wife did a kettle-bell workout the same day she gave birth - that was pretty amazing
Have you noticed any changes in your daily life since starting CrossFit? The rest of the day seems easy as compared to a CrossFit workout
What advice do you have for someone just getting started with CrossFit? Just do it!
